Who’s Signing?

All Signing parties MUST have a current Drivers License, State ID, or Passport

All signing parties MUST be able to communicate clearly in English that they understand what they are signing and not appear to be under any duress to sign

Witnesses

Witnesses can NOT be related to anyone signing and can NOT be mentioned in the document

All witnesses must be arranged ahead of time and be present for signing. Witnesses need to provide a current Drivers License, State ID, or Passport – photocopies not accepted
